The representative of Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Rep. Babajimi Benson, has congratulated a former commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Lagos State, Prince (Barr.) Rotimi Ogunleye on his birthday anniversary.
Prince Ogunleye, who was also a former commissioner for Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives and former Business Editor of the defunct, Daily Times, celebrates his birthday every October 21st.
In a statement by Rep. Benson, the Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Defence, the distinguished public service and other endeavours of the celebrant and his contributions to Ikorodu Division and the state were lauded.

“Today, I heartily congratulate and celebrate Prince (Barr.) Rotimi Ogunleye, an accomplished journalist, seasoned legal practitioner, and former Lagos State Commissioner, on the joyous occasion of his birthday.
“You are a man who has distinguished himself in public service, journalism, and community development. Your contributions to our dear Lagos State and commitments to Ikorodu Division will remain a point of reference for generations to come.
